Why is there a translation table?
Favorites with chars above 127 fails to match programs - with or without
the translation table.
If someone could tell me the reason for having that translation table,
I'd be happy to help fix/test the code so it will work with >127 char
codes.

I tried getting Freevo to run on dfbmga, but never figured out how to
get around the pygame errors I saw when Freevo tried to start up.
On the other hand, mplayer worked without problems on dfbmga - and
getting mplayer to work was really the primary concern, since it takes
care of playback jud
