Try to install mandrake (mandriva), AFAIK there are enough updated
packages of freevo, and the install process is really easy (
installation from internet repository ).
Once you got it installed, browser the freevo wiki for mandriva, and use
google to learn how to install packages with "urpmi"
ll get some graphical one instead.

hi,
I can't really get a normal result when I set up "sort by date" on a
folder. it's specialy annoying in the image menu. I want to have folders
classified by date ( from newer to older), but configuring "sorting by
date" or not on the container does'nt change a thing.

I know that I can configure multimedia keyboard in Linux (I have no

Might be wrong but I don't think mplayer nor xine can play raw iso's.
Try to mount it first ( or do freevo mount it auto ?)
You might also look in creating fxd file for this.

Concerning the freevo froggies plugin, I have the same problem, I think
mailing the author would solve the problem. See on the plugin page on
freevo's web site to find out the email address (though, I should contact
him also :) )
