RPM doesn't know how to satisfy depencies, it just tells what packages are needed. But there is a rpm to install apt-get on Redhat, mandarke & co distribs. I've just discovered the emerge command of gentoo distrib, and I find it quite powerful. Packages are installed from the tgz and compiled on t
