FYI, I'm running Mandriva 2007 multimedia kernel (2.6.17.13-mm-desktop-1mdv), and that recognizes out of the box my cx8800 based card (Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 chipset.) I'm not using it with Freevo though, only to digitize some old VHS stuff with xawtv, streamer. Harri On Monday 01 January 200
