Have you checked to see if you have VIPP licensed on your DocuSP RIP?
Back in the early days, if you did not license VIPP, you could still
run some number of VIPP records.
You may want to check with a Xerox Analyst or Service person to see
if your VIPP license is valid, installed correctly, etc.

There's no specific built-in method for decoding the 128 barcode
encoding, but you could do something like this to see the checksum value
(generally the next-to-last character in the barcode string):

I am working on my first 6.0 PrintOne, and the instructions that I have
put under each form field are coming out black instead of red.
In the PrintManager, under custom colors, I have changed the color of

Since I have upgraded my OS and FusionPro, I have been experiencing some
glitches with FusionPro.
1) After I have exported a Postcard from InDesign and prepared the card, I
click on "Compose" and Acrobat 7.0 immediately crashes and
optimized postscript is the only way to go for our docusp -
you would also run it in ripped order - so you would print n-1 but 1-n. It
will begin ripping the file and you will be printing in a couple of seconds as
it streams the file. The device shouldn't ever catch up with the file that

better luck creating postscript from FusionPro rather than VIPP with
those trouble jobs running on our Igen, Docutech 6180, Nuvera, and
Docucolor 240 (all with DocuSP rips).

Try outputting the created file to PPML instead of PDF and send it to

I have a template that has text resources with line break tags "" that
switch out fine on a PC, but the same rule and resource isn't working on
the mac. The resource is a .txt file and it is configured as a tagged
file in the switch wizard rule. Why won't this work on the MAC?
