I know the issue your describing.
I found sending variable pdf slower than molasses to rip.
I send JLT whenever I can.

We have a client that provided us with a text file that we exported into
Excel. Rather than have the entire record in one row, they have the
record in 4 rows. Someone suggested that there is a "Merge" function in
Excel that would allow us to move the data to the same row but we are
coming up

Since your running ver 3.2 you've been running for awhile.
Suitcase upgrade, Acrobat upgrade, corrupt fonts?
Is this a job you have worked on before with no problems?
You can always put the fonts into the system fonts folder rather than
relying on suitcase if you need to get somet
