After some investigating, I've found that Chris is right. When I try to run
my Simpy unit tests with the latest SVN revision, I get the same error. The
copies of Zend_Uri_Http in incubator and core appear to be identical.
There's only one instance of Zend_Filter that I can see (in core) and it is
it is. If there's no good reason not to, I'd be willing to come up with
an alternate implementation and run some benchmarks and report my findings
on the list.
