Linux has a case sensitive file system, the path send should be:
/usr/share/php/libzend-framework-php/Zend
BTW, we have an ini include with the zend-framework package in Ubuntu:
/etc/php5/conf.d/zend-framework.ini
Just uncomment the line in there and it will be included.
