I have a Wallstreet 300 running 8.6. I would like to upgrade to system 9.
Can I purchase OS X and only do an install of the system 9 at the present? I
have only 192 ram memory and have been told that would not be enough to run
10. I am not ready right now to upgrade the ram. Also what is the

I've never used the dual-display capability of my Pismo and have a very
naive question concerning it.
What can one display on the external monitor? Part of a program one is
using, so that say a single Excel spreadsheet is displayed in a
split-fashion over two monitors or does dual-display
I am leaning towards the PowerLogix offers 500MHz 'Pismo' PowerBook G3
upgrade for my Pismo which is on special for $299, as I could use a bit more

Question 1:
So my PBG4/400 is sick. A couple of days ago it started crashing
excessively. The whole OS X screen just freezes. This all started the
day after I updated to 10.1.5, but I think it's coincidence. It's also
making a quiet, high pitched noise, sometimes a whir, and sometimes a
