connecting to Dell computer in LAN

i have a wireless G4 on a LAN with a Dell ethernet connected to a modem/wireless/router. Normally I can connect to it by going to server and clicking on connect with its IP address and browsing. Today I cannot make it appear. Is it possible that Azureus which is currently running is blocking

Possible bad iBook power supply
