Lombard DSL snags

I recently did an upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2.2 on that dumb Lombard, which is constantly locking up...Disk Warrior rebuilds but it will still lock up TheCD drive clicks when it locks. But now that I have the new router+modem configuration none of the internet programs are working. Outlook Express

Thanks, Keith: I don't have a problem ejecting a DVD, but I'm having a problem REMOVING the module and swapping out the HD with the DVD drive in Tiger. OS 9 had those nice messages, it is now safe to remove the DVD drive. I don't think Tiger has any code to handle the Pismo's external bay. I
