Ok, you can find some models of USB2 802.1g adapter for $5-20 now
after rebates.
I'm tempted as I believe this would allow me to do more powerful
netstumbling, should I need to do so. Since the Airport Extreme in
my 12 PB can't be put into the most useful monitoring modes for
I have a 292 and 233, but the one that isn't labeled is this:

BKE would be a 250, BKF would be a 233/0

If it boot chimes and the HD seems to be working, but you get no
video, this most likely means you have a Wallstreet 1 CPU (233/no L2,
250, 292 MHz) on a Wallstreet2 motherboard (Rage Pro LT video
chipset).

You can't use any model that supports 802.11g and put it into monitor
mode currently. If you want a good USB wireless sniffer device, try
hunting down an old DWL-122 USB 802.11b. They tend to be a bit more
expensive (30$), but are worth it.

Both are next to the CPU, with the label U3 and U2 above them. Both have
Motorola markings on them. There are 4 SEC chips that look like RAM/Cache

While I had my Pismo in being serviced for a logic board problem, my
monitor had a slight pink problem that went scarlet red after the
logic board replacement. I honestly don't remember if it was the
screen or video card, but they (the local mac repair shop) replaced
it right away and just

I'm pretty sure the modem port on my Ti 400 is going. Anyone have a good
guess as to what it will cost to have it replaced? If the price is high
enough, it might just

Personal File sharing needs to be turned on to allow that.

What's the serial number by the PCMCIA slot.
Many of the later Wallstreet logic boards had PDQ on that s/n, otherwise
just list the s/n and we can look it up.

Have you tried the video out (VGA) ? COuld be a bad cable connection
from the LCD to motherboard.
Also, if you plug a HD in, does it spin up ?
Also, one thing comes to mind: the unit with no S-video only has 2
megs of VRAM, which might not drive the 13.3 screen. Try swapping
another screen,
