I have a 512MB DIMM in my Tibook 667 and it has never given me any

tempted to (finally) purchase some RAM. 256MB is 28.95! I was hoping
to max out the RAM on my machine (2x512), but I'll settle to take it up
to 512 at that price.

OWC is a great company to buy from. I bought a 256MB
module from them about 4-years-ago for my Lombard, and
when I finally put OS X on it last year and found the
RAM to be incompatible, then replaced it
no-questions-asked.

I've bought RAM for my C-600, Pismo and iMac G5 from them and have never had
any problems with them.

i have used their memory in a lombard, pismo, ibook 366 and imac g5
w/out problems. i like owc. they are mac savy and mac friendly and back
up their products.

(Graphite) and 2 for my Pismo 400... The price was in the mid $60's each
