Wallstreet Modem Not Recognized

Hello G Books Members. I have some questions. Last week my Wallstreet II would no longer see the internal modem. Cannot select the internal modem with the Modem Control Panel. The Apple System Profile, says no modem installed. I purchased a replacement modem, and installed it. It still wont work.
