Unfortunately I don't have solution, just personal experience: I
am using an ADAPTEC USB2connect (it's an USB2.0 cardbus) on a
Wallstreet PDQ. I connected a Logitech cordless mouse and an ADSL Modem
on it. I also forgot to install additionnal USB software on the machine
(maybe I
I had a g3 wallstreet 233 w/ no l2 cache. So I found a salvage 'top and
switched um...now mine is a 266 with 1mb l2 cache! *nice*
Now arises my problem. While taking apart my laptop I released that the
previous owner had stupidly inserted a 512mb ram card in mine. (I bought it
used off ebay.) B
Mind you but have you install the USB adapter card support driver from
apple? This is a requirement to use a usb card with such a powerbook,
and I have installed it myself on my Wallstreet "PDQ" 300mhz to invoke
usb support and recognition on my powerbook. It did work on its own in
OS X which

I had simular problems with a symantec card and they never got resolved.
But in my long talks with their tech support (they were obviously not mac
people) They said that I should...
1)download the latest APPLE OHCP drivers needed for all wallstreet usb cards
(if u need I'll email it)
2)after that
