Thanks. The battery reset has proven that the battery won't hold
more than 14%. It's time to get a new one. I also see that they are
at Ebay (buy it now) for $85.

Long-time Powerbook user (everything from Portable on up!) and I have FINALLY
obtained a Wallstreet I Powerbook!
I got it for a few dollars, because it had been damaged by the previous
owner. I rebuild old 1xx, 5xx, Duos and 1400s in my spare time, so I figured I
could do the same w/ my

somewhere called battery reset that will zero the battery so that
it can be recharged again...try a google on battery reset
wallstreet or i'm sure someone here knows where to get a copy.
