I would have thought that Apple would not only have been responsible
for all the custom details, but would have cleared everything prior to
the shipment hitting the shores. And I always thought these sort of
problems corpped up while still in port on the Coast, not in the
middle of Indiana!
Me too, I would think whoever built and shipped would do that... guess
they messed it up, but either way, im stuck waiting for my laptop

factories in Shanghai and Taiwan, as
individual shipments. They likely fill entire FedEx and UPS aircraft
when they go out, but they're still labelled and shipped as
individual purchases, meaning, presumably, all the customs stuff is
done somewhat individually...
