firewire networking

Hi all, I have an icebook in which I wish to network to a PC using firewire. What's the best application on the mac side to allow me to do this? I usually would just network using the ethernet port, but the pc's being used as a server and so I cannot unplug it. Thanks in advance. -- G-Books is

If you're using X 10.3 (not sure about 10.2), just go to System PreferencesNetworkShow (the lower of the 2 pop-up menus)Network Port Configurations, and click the New... button. Type a name, and select Built-in FireWire from the Port pop-up menu. Then, you can configure it just like a regular
