I promised a report on my experiences in retiring the original LG DVD/CD drive in my Pismo. Panther 10.3.2. The LG drive was still functioning but seemed to have intermittent problems. In addition my SmartDisk external FW burner died. Got some great tips from this list and xlr8yourmac.com.
