Yes. You can use them both together.
There's a chance that the 7000 PCI will kill the Quartz Extreme
acceleration of the 9000 also. You can check if QE is workin

Yes you can, either in extended or mirrored desktop mode. I have two
Rage 128's in my PowerMac G3 running two displays in extended mode. :D

Radeon 9000 doesn't have that style of output, but I have a PCI Radeon
7000 that does.
