Hi, I'm trying to do a backup of my Red had with G4U. I have a sata disk who is regonized as /dev/sda on linux. The 'disks' command doesn't give any output and doing the default upload gives a "Device not configured" message. I have tried with uploaddisk ip sd0 wd0 ..., but nothing works. When

Jonathan, I'm pretty new to using g4u myself, and I've never used it on a RAID array. Do you know the name of the RAID controller? For example is this an Adaptec or Promise RAID controller? Or are you using software RAID? What operating system are you using? While I've never used g4u with RAID
