Yeah. Nintendo is still making Kirby, Mario, and Zelda games. I haven't seen a Metroid game in a while, but I assume Samus is still a pretty popular character as well. There's no way nintendo would allow for their characters to be used in any game, probably not even if it was non-proffit.
