Then you'd probably better train u, maybe even get a better shield. Have you completed any of the roving Grounds? Your MR is about right for the first three or so if I'm not mistaken, and the Adventurer Tokens would enable you to get a better shield depending on what you're using at the moment.

Haunting in Durnsig? There are several excellent swords in that adventure, but I'd either recommend going for the Dragonwing Breastplate or Warlord's Helm, both of which will add nicely to your MR and stamina. You'll have to identify the helm before you know which one you have, but you'll know
