Hi Ron,
Cool! congratulations on winning a WII game system.
If the system came with it, I would highly recommend the WII Sports Resorts CD
over the WII Sports CD.

Just a heads up on this product. The King of Fighters anniversary joystick
was made to make your fighting game experience that much more enjoyable- so
they said. I payed 65 bucks each for the pair I bought, and right off the
bat, I noticed that these joysticks were extremely tough to use. The
Thanks for the heads up. Though honestly, I prefer the original playstation
controllers from anything else. Once you have that, you don't need anything
else nless you play at tournament levels for a lot of games. And even then,
a lot of tournaments use standard controllers, like EVO, which is
Hi there, not sure if you saw my earlier post from this week. I have

Additionally i also include links to my recent recordings. You can go to

Hi Ron,
Near as I can figure, in WII sports Bowling you start out in the middle of the
lane and your ball curves however it feels like it. Now in WII Sports Resorts
you start out on the right or left side depending if you are right or left
handed. And you can roll the ball perfectly

Personally I play better with a controler, but I prefer the joystick for the
simple pleasure it brings for reminding me of the countless hours spending
in arcades when I was a teen.

Yeah, arcades were fun.. though in my case, I would've been around the 5-10
age range. lol. I gues I just prefer controlers because that was what I grew
up with. Street fighter 2 on the snes... good times. haha.

Hi
Was this made by Madkatz? I heard ones made by them were pretty good.
Also. I have trouble with the motions and things on the DPad, either I don't do
it right, forget it or it ends up being blocked; wondering if the joystick
would make it easier to do full circles though, like I guess just
The MadCats fightsticks are some of the best around. So no, I doubt these
were made by them.
If it ends up being blokced... it's not the dpad's fault, or oyur fingers.
if the attack is blocked then it's blocked. The motion has nothing to do
with it. Ans it might be easier to do the 360
Not sure which company made these, and yes, in general joysticks are alot
easier for some people when doing full circles...when I play Zangief in any
SF game with controler, I can't pull off his throwing moves at all rofl.
No one ever kicked ass by saying I can't.

I find the controller much easier As much money as I spent at sf arcade
cabinets, controller dpads were always easier. It was always easier to slide
my thumb in a ful circle or two than to roll a stick that way. My thumb has
the calaces to prove it. lol.

Hi Jose,
Well, I guess that would all depend on your definition of new games.
How recent are you asking about?
For example, just in the past few months there have been a few new
games put out such as Palace Punch-Up, Time of Conflict, and a few
miner games being created using the BGT Toolkit.
Hi Petr,
Yes, there are some accessible games for Linux. If you are in to text

allow you to play a number of ZCode games like the old Infocom games

Hi Orin and all.
I have to agree with Clemant here, in my admitedly limited experience with
SSFIV I find it much more consistant to use the d-pad to pull off moves.
Mind you I am still trying to learn to use the stick to do them sometimes
just for flexibility's sake and to see if any are easier
