Well this is an odd question.
Now that I'm back, I'd like to take the database in hand if I can, and sort a

My guess would be that window eyes uses the same method of
displaying text as nvda, which in this case is the title bar.
Jaws does not, and the title bar would not change to reflect
jaws.
