Rather than have the code and server have to do parity checks to see who isn't doing their part, just let the mission leader kick people from the mission. Wouldn't even need a list, just use the player tracker. Executing the command would kick the person you're currently tracking. This would

Hi Shaun, I'm sorry, but I don't know enough about the actual operation, controls, weights, physics, routes etc etc of trains to write a realistic train sim. You know I did not write the trucker sim. I just found the source code and added sounds and later converted it to a windows version.
