You will need to talk to the antique shop owner twice.
To do the task again and then get something from her.
After a while, to and out of the shop maybe, you will see

I did talk to her after doing the thing for the stakes, actually, I talked
to her 3 times, and she told me not to bother her, that she was too busy.
Maybe a glich in the game?
