You can try opening the file's properties and look for a button or checkbox
that says something about unblocking the file. That didn't actually do it for
me, though, but you might want to give it a try anyway. What ended up getting
rid of all the problems like it was uninstalling Panda antivirus

Well uninstall dmnb and don't play it anymore.
I wasn't going to mention this on list or anywhere, but since dmnb has
been mentioned I may as well tell everyone.
Due to constant bombarding with suggestions bugs that were not tested, a
team that didn't give as much feadback as it should and a few
secure screens
(because that's what login is).
