A small patch to reinstate the "click-to-enlarge patch that exists in
3.0.5 and 3.0.6, but is oddly lacking in trunk.
This patch makes it so that clicking on the 4 canned reports in the
cluster_view will link to a larger verison of that image. This is the
behavior found in the 3.0.[56] releases.

Ganglia 3.1.x requires the use of libapr-1 which is version 1.2.x of libapr
rather than the 0.9.x version what was previously statically linked. You need
