Sorry, but I am a linux person and it usually takes me 3 times longer to
write python.
There is the python program gdal_retile.py, but if I remember, it didn't
handle my use case the way I wanted it.

Hi, i can't find a simple way (not to choose the cut coordinates manually)
in order to crop an entire raster image into N images given a fixed size of
