I'm looking at the datasheet for a TI video digitizer, the TVP5154, and its package (TQFP-128) appears to have 0.4mm pin spacing if I'm reading the datasheet right. Has anyone else seen this package? Does PCB have a footprint for this? (I don't see one offhand, if it is indeed 0.4mm)
