I believe that you could use gerbv to export your gerber files to postscript
or PDF for every layer and then you can email this to yourself or transfer
it your windows system and print the PDF there. Also you may find a free
gerber viewer for windows, a quick google search results with ViewMate,

Thanks to everyone who gave me input on this. I've been debugging my custom
foot prints and realized that this was an issue with a 0 size mask and
clearance field in one of my custom footprint files . Now gerbv is not
putting out any errors and I noticed that when PCB is run in console and
export
ot placing any elements out of bounds. Are there some settings
I should be looking at on PCB and is there a way to fix this without
actually changing the layout but only fixing layer 5 or the frontmask in
this case?
