I have attached a patch which implements this. Also, keyboard-only users
will be able to use keyboard-accelerators to map a key to the Up function.

Hi there,
lately i realized that geeqie knows about Canon RAW files. Unfortunately the
RAW files from my Panansonic GH1 are unknown to it.
dcraw and ufraw understand the Panasonic raw format. The files end on .RW2 and
are based on TIFF like most raw formats.
Is it easy to add support for this ra

One thing that I would find to be a very useful addition to geeqie would be
a button that would toggle between the current picture and the last picture

Hi,
I would like to make a feature request for geeqie.
I have a huge photo collection (170K of pictures), separated
in directories. But each directory has a lot of pictures itself.
When I do, say:
geeqie dir1/img1.jpg dir2/img2.jpg dir3/img3.jpg
it takes a long time to open, abo
Hi there!
I'd like to be able to tag multiple images at once. The images are marked and
the tags should be toggled for every marked image.
Is this something worthful for a 1.0 release?
Geeqie is realy a pleasure to work with. Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

Hi,
I frequently use geeqie to find duplicate files among two directories,
so I have to start geeqie, press D, navigate to the first directory,
add it, check "compare two file sets", choose "compare by similarity
(high)", navigate to the second directory, add it etc. Is there any
way to do this by

The patch looks good. It does not conflict with any planned feature, so it can
be checked in.
Vladimir
Wow, thanks! From what I can see, if you hit the "add" button to add
the keyword to selected files, it does just that. This would be an
awesome feature to build into the keywords gui, with the default
behavior of adding (not replacing) keywords to selected pictures. I
realize that would require a d
Here is a more complete patch: drag'n drop of keywords will work on icon or

Give it a try.

I'm trying to find a tolerable workflow for getting pictures off a
camera, tagging them with keywords (saved with picture file), and
uploading to flickr. I think geeqie is pretty close; I'm glad I
stumbled on it!
I looked at the Todo document and saw that metadata handling seems to

Hi!
We use Geeqie to display photos on a beamer (a full HD) at our photo-club.
Geeqie's color management is very usefull, as its ability to display the
image in full screen on the beamer, while showing the files and exif infos
on the monitor...
