In 1421649, I've added clutch2report.py. Run this, and out pops
report.txt, which can then be pasted into the wiki page.
Note that it uses the current date to select the reporting group, so
it has to be run after the first of the month, unless I or someone
else tweak that.

lresende and I have launched several threads on the photark dev list
to ask the community to seriously consider it's situation. However, we
have elicited no constructive discussion. The dev list has been dead

Reading your report, I don't see any barrier to graduation. This could
be good, insofar as you all could discuss this, and move toward
graduation. Or it could be less good, if you have barriers that you
didn't report.
