The Trafodion 2.1.0 release is awaiting just one more binding vote before
we can move forward with this release. We have 3 +1 votes and 2 binding votes

I for one was not aware we could change an RC without a podling vote, which
seems better in any case. These issues will be fixed asap in master and the
live site.
