Thank you Xun & sebb. I applied your suggested fix.
https://downloads.apache.org/incubator/liminal/KEYS is now the only source
for the project's KEYS.
We need an extra +1 (binding) to complete the vote.

Hi,
Due to missing files from RC4 packaging in SVN we are cancelling this vote
and will issue a new vote on RC4 soon.
Lior
Ok. Then canceling this one and starting a new iteration in the project
mailing list...

Hi Justin,
You are right, something went wrong with the packaging of the tag I created
(and placed in SVN).
i.e. you can see all the files you mentioned below are correctly in the tag
here:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-liminal/releases/tag/0.0.3rc4-incubating
Re LGPL issue it is in the DIS

Hi Justin,
Please advise if we should also add Liminal's report.

Hi Ash / Justin,
This is indeed a very delicate issue. From my experience in several M&A/DD
processes, LGPL license is very tricky and the approach suggested by Ash is
the approach I'm familiar with. Both in Java & Python LGPL is very common
and taking a stricter approach might result in a ripple e
this vote to remove this dependency.

Hi Justin,
chardet is indeed LGPL (https://pypi.org/project/chardet/).
However, from a quick analysis it seems it is installed as Apache Airflow
project dependency.
See below the dependency analysis of this package.

Hi all,
At this stage the community around rainbow is indeed rather small. However,
I believe the incubator platform is where we can and should build a
substantial community.
Natural Intelligence is committed to invest in this project as it is used
as the foundation of our production pipelines.
