Personally, I see nothing wrong with that, but
I'd like to understand whether board members
would frown on such 'breaking news' addition.
Thanks,
Roman.

Ah ok,
I believe the rule was to send email to board @ list to let intention
that graduation should be put in the agenda.
I hope someone with proper karma to add to the board agenda seeing
this email thread.

Hi Roman,
I sent the email to board@ last week after the incubator vote closed
following the instructions at
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/graduation.html#top-level-board-proposal
However, I missed subscribing to board@ first, so my email might be stuck
waiting for moderation.

Personally, the board report was sent on Wednesday. You only concluded
your vote on Friday.

That is ok, we do not have to be part of incubator report.
Sorry about the confusion.

Can we get someone from MRQL and Brooklyn to sign off on those reports?
Brooklyn specifically has a *lot* of mentors to find no one to sign off on
it.
BTW, in my last email I incorrectly listed
Roman,
So here's what I'm seeing for some of why the reports are missing.
- log4cxx2 - Likely stuck in moderation limbo.
- Argus/Ranger - confused about monthly reporting vs quarterly reporting.
- Kalumet - seems like there's only one active member. He brought up the
topic of retirement.

PLease note there is a Ripple report in preparation.
Log4cxx should be possible to craft a report.
in both cases I am a mentor, but my current personal situation prevents
me from being as active as I wouldl ike to be.
Other people joining as mentors would be welcome (Ripple already got
Ross)

I signed the ripple report brought in today and wrote a small log4cxx
report myself. I consider this valid as consider myself part of the
log4cxx community.
I hope this is acceptable, since the podling deadline was before a few
days. Please let me know if not and I will revert

All,
Please find below the draft board report for December 2014. If anyone has
any comments for the miscellaneous section please let me know. I still
have to address line lengths, but the report's all here.
Please feel free to edit the wiki with any proposed changes.

John, as usual thanks a ton for all of your hard work.
I'll add few of my comments directly to the wiki, but all
in all it looks good and ready to be submitted.
One thing that I'm really concerned about is, to your
point, the # of missing reports. In some cases, I'm
sure this is just a function
