Has anybody else noticed this? It just gives an "11 exception" and dies
with a core. I checked the log and it gives a register dump, etc.

I was able to get this working:
scanimage -d hpoj:mlc:par:HP_LaserJet_3300_3310_3320
but, xsane just complains that it can't find a driver.
I'm trying to get to the point where I can scan my expense report into a
PDF. Has anybody figured out the pathway for this yet?

Twice today, my keyboard control keys (ctrl, shift, caps lock, etc.)
quit working on both a keyboard and laptop. I've never seen this
problem before.
I emerged sys-apps/procps-3.2.4-r3 this morning, but I don't think that
would do it.
Any ideas?

I finally just added a link for the missing version. It seemed to work.

I'm installing on a Dell Inspiron w/ RH9 & XP already installed. I
created a partition (/dev/hda6) and I'm loading everything on their. I
emerged grub, and it seems to work fine for RH9 & XP, but when I boot
Gentoo I get to STAGE 4 and it complains that the:

I figured it out. "mirrorselect -a -s4 -o" currently returns a null
mirror list for me, so I'd recommend changing this in the docs.
"mirrorselect -i" works when I remember to boot with "gentoo dopcmcia".
