I reported similar problem few days ago, but I didn't upgrade
kernel, just upgrade wget. Next update wasn't succesful because
of wget. Next I try USE="-ipv6" emerge wget as someone helped me
(thanks!), but wget still fails, wrote only
--some time-- http://some.url/some.page
