Hi, whenever I cause a lot of IDE traffic(copying a large file from cd to disk, write a cd or copying a large file into another directory) my system becomes awfully slow. I cannot even play mp3's or move the mouse pointer without interruption. Also the drawing of a new window is very very slow. I
