All my apache2 stuff is in:
/usr/local/apache2/conf
but I installed from source manually, not from ebuild.
I've been installing apache manually for a number of years/versions
without problem, AFAICT. Sounds like the ebuild is screwy.
Maybe, there's a gentoo reason for it. I don't know.
