I've switched from the gentoo-sources to vanilla to fix the buggy
keyboard on my toshiba laptop, but now I seem to have encountered
another problem when trying to enable dma:
/dev/hda:
setting using_dma to 1 (on)
HDIO_SET_DMA failed: Operation not permitted
using_dma= 0 (off)
