know Andrea and Justin pass things back and forth, and I think many of
us at least glance over the commits lists to review commits there. But
there's a couple great web based tools that are making it easier to do
good cod

so it seems the timed release of GeoServer is slipping out
of our hands this month.
Due to a few critical bugs still unsolved at the time of writing
(blockers, cite test failures in particular) we cannot release
today. And we won't be able to up until the 15 because from
