Side note: the eclipse / maven split was done for two reasons:
1. ease of starting off new people
2. seperating out the eclipse docs made it look not like an eclipse
only project (ie we could have netbeans)
Perhaps we can put a note at the end asking a NetBeans volunteer to
help write docs.

I was wondering if it's a good time to remove the legacy modules
from trunk: they don't play any role anymore, right?
Also, main still has a dependency on struts with the GeoServerPlugin
class. I'd say, let's remove both? (this will lead to the removal

Andrea brought up last week the question of the usefulness of having a
weekly IRC meeting. One thing I would like to salvage from that is the
weekly update to the road map. What I propose is we move the discussion
of the road map to email, rather than IRC. So what I am proposing is the
Empty filter causes IndexOutOfBoundsException
