New to GeoServer and have been working through the Google Earth Chapter in
the User Manual. Is there any explanation to this behaviour in Google Earth
from the States KML Network example? It displays at 4900 Km and below Eye
alt (value bottom right of screen) and at 7427 Km and above, but

Can the Geoserver mailing list be configured so that a 'Reply' sends the
e-mail to the mailing list?
I think on all other mailing lists that I use, I just click 'Reply', but on
this one I have to remember to click 'Reply All'. Does anyone else have

No complex feature to GeoJSON transformation is possible now. I think the
GeoJSON spec doesn't give any recommendations on complex features, though I
