to find the JRE folder at C:\Program Files

GeoServer 2.1.4 fails to start on Win Vista 64 bit. When I hit "Start
GeoServer", the window says "Waiting to start..." a few times, but I am
unable to access http://localhost:8080/geoserver/web . When I open
C:\Program Files (x86)\GIS\GeoServer\logs\wrapper.log , it says:
