I have updated le libraries in Geoserver to the 9.3.1.SP2 version i have
in my environment, but nothing has changed. I switched to a
GEOTOOLS_DEVELOPER_LOGGING profile with a Verbose Exception Reporting
and the result in down here

the error from SDE does not say much unfortunately.
It might be worth trying to update the libraries in GeoServer as well.
Along the same line, we might to change the log level to something
more verbose and report a longer version of the log file.
