Hi list,
i have a problem with gs:Contour rendering transformation in conjunction
with interpolations=bilinear vendorParams.
If GetMap is performed with EPSG:3857 there is a shift between interpolated
data and contour.
In the link below you can download samples of both images and the used sld.

Ciao Steve,
short answer, I don't see why it should not.
Longer answer.
Looking at the process code, the only thing you need to be aware of is the
fact the for multiband raster you have to select the band to extract
contours for.
Let us know how it goes.

Hello All,
Can gs:Contour be used on a raster data set that is not a DEM?
Thanks,
Steve

As far as I remember
As far as I remember there should be an issue in that GeoServer version
with the Contour rendering transformation which is fixed on 2.4.x version.
I'm not completely sure, have to verify, but in the meantime you may want
to test the latest GeoServer version to see if it's working fine.

Hy!
I'm trying to apply gs:Contour WPS process with the WPS request builder.
My Geoserver version 2.3.1. I've downloaded the approriate WPS
extension.
I use the original sf:sfdem raster file. This raster file is ok with the
original dem sld style. But when I execute the process the result is
I have image I would like to use dynamic contouring on since it would
seem I could use rules to produce different contours at different zoom
levels. However, the image crosses the 180 line so I must using tiling.
I can live with contour lines that dont join up on the 180 but can it
work with ti
