with it. I went with the configuring with REST - once you have the data
loaded the first time you can grab the REST output and then edit as needed
and store it for upload later.

The math to decide which tiles to invalidate is quite easy - I used to have
a script but the client kept them internal so I can't share I'm afraid.

Do you have meta tiling turned on? I can't see that the DB access is the
bottle neck (though with Oracle anything is possible) - I would have the
lower levels cache on request so that at least popular areas become faster
- unless you are very short fo disk space

The Jenkins server tests against SQLServer 2014 so yes it is supported, the
only issue I know of is that you can't use the open source JDTS driver with
2014 (yet).

Those are GridSets that are missing not EPSG:27700 - you may need to
recreate the grid sets as they aren't default ones. I would expect them to
be stored in your Data Dir but something may have changed in GWC to mess
with them.
