[Geotools-devel] StreamingRenderer Memory leak

2007-04-30 Thread Jesse Eichar
As I mentioned in the meeting today. StreamingRenderer has a memory leak. I just tested gt2.3.x and gt2.2.x and they are just fine. So I guess that means it is only a problem on GT trunk. Jesse - This SF.net email is s

[Geotools-devel] Release good/bad

2007-04-30 Thread Jody Garnett
Good - lots of stuffed worked that I did not expect (javadocs, stress testing) - switching between java version was not fun, I hope I got it right - jira went well - tag and then go was good (it left trunk free and martin was kind enough to fix the geoapi sync) - having a couple of days between th

[Geotools-devel] IRC meeting one hour earlier?

2007-04-30 Thread Martin Desruisseaux
It has been suggested in latest IRC to advance IRC time one our earlier, in order to make it easier for peoples in Europe (current IRC meeting time is 22h00 in Western Europe). Is there any objection to that change? Martin --

Jira - I think some bugs can be closed (in making the release I get a chance to review non closed bugs...). Some of the bugs around factories, filters and CQL I think may be closed by now? If you get a chance please review Jira - our release notes will be much better for it. Jody Jody Garnett

The page says: C:\java\geotools\trunk\>mvn eclipse:eclipse -DdownloadSources=true I agree that not many of the source code jars are available (we should talk to martin about doing a JTS deploy)... That is why it was news that the source code was available for the GeoAPI 2.1-M4 release (note if

Hey Jody, Is the -Dget.the.source parameter (whatever it's name) only on your branch? I tried on trunk but, apart from taking a long time, it seems like none of the jars were available. adrian On Mon, 2007-04-30 at 09:45 -0700, Jody Garnett wrote: > Trunk is free for commits - and is always fr

Trunk is free for commits - and is always free when I make a release :-) I am treating the 2.4-M2 like a branch - performing the changes needed to get that release out (so martin's change as well as changing the version number and geoapi dependency). Thanks for asking Andrea Jody > Hi Jody, > I
